But I am the world's...I made lemon slice this week. But I am the world's worst baker! firstly I cooked the pastry in a too shallow pan, and thought it would be a brilliant idea to 'slip' it into a deeper one...after it was cooked because the lemon mixture was not going to fit in the first one.<BR/>The slipping was not so successful. SO after squashing it down a little I poured on the lemon mixture. the recipe said to fold through coconut before pouring. This I forgot to do. SO I just sprinkled it on top and I knew as I put it back in the oven, that the top was going to burn..but I still put it in. Yep it burnt. I managed to salvage just a little for the kids.
